**A Very Frightful Friday**
Oh dear, what’s that lurking in the woods?
On a Friday, no less — the thirteenth one,
A ghastly sort of day, with shadows that oodles,
Of whispers and giggles, where no one should run.
You see, there’s this chap, Jason, quite scary,
With a mask all askew, and a heart that’s so merry,
Chasing hapless campers, with a gleam in his knife,
He doesn’t quite understand the meaning of life.
Don’t go near Camp Crystal, oh, I do implore!
For the woods have their secrets, and each tale's a chore,
But if you hear laughter, just stay by the fire,
For bears like me know how to avoid all that's dire.
