international water charity
in the style of monty python
**The Ghoulish Geyser of Generosity**
In the shadowy depths of charity’s wet whim,
Where the brackish waters bubble and brim,
A gurgling ghost dons a well-worn grin,
"Give us your pennies, for we'll drown in sin!"
With a spout that sputters, and dribbles like cheese,
They’ll trade your kindness for swampy disease.
“Pip-pip! Water, water!” they cheerfully croak,
While spirits of guffaws make the bleakness bespoke.
But sirs and madams, beware the good wraith,
For their kettle’s a cauldron of smelly old faith!
So toss in a coin for a jolly good splash,
And might as well join in the ghoulishly splash!
